Delivery

We ship our products globally, within 24 hours (on working days) after receiving payment. Within the EU, orders are shipped via DPD, and outside the EU via DHL/DSV.

In Poland, we also deliver parcels to InPost parcel lockers. 

If you require express delivery, please contact us directly. We will gladly help you choose the appropriate shipping method and ensure your deadlines are met.

Return Conditions

You can return an unused product within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.

Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email with the necessary information regarding the returned order (order number, contact details, reason for return) to [customer service email address].
  2. Prepare the Package: Pack the product in its original packaging or another suitable packaging that will protect the product during transport.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the return address provided by our customer service. The cost of shipping is covered by the buyer.
  4. Wait for Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the amount to the account used for the payment within 14 business days.

Important Information

  • The product must be undamaged and in a condition that allows for its resale.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
  • Returns sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
