Cryptorchidectomy – training module
The training module for laparoscopic unilateral abdominal cryptorchidectomy in dogs consists of a durable plastic base, a corrugated silicone layer simulating intestines, and a replaceable silicone element representing the testis with the spermatic cord and blood vessels.
The training includes locating the testis in the abdominal cavity, suspending or elevating it, and safely excising the vessels and spermatic cord.
The module supports two scenarios: the 2-port and 3-port techniques, enabling practice of both limited-port procedures and two-handed instrument manipulation.

• Localization of the abdominal testis • Suspension on hook (2-port) • Two-hand instrument manipulation (3-port) • Cutting and excision of vessels and spermatic cord • Coordination of instruments when working with 2 or 3 ports

The module is single-use.
